Originally aired 3/26/2011, 10AM PST.

Krystyl Baldwin, a social media consulting socialite, event planner, geek, and former lifecaster joins me in the studio to dish about her life as a geek girl who does it all in San Francisco.

She talks about how she broke into tech (she started when she was 9!) and her fun gigs, like working at the Grammy’s or throwing Social Media Prom.

Krystyl has a lot of great advice, too. She throws so many events, has crazy (but awesome) ideas, and executes them all…is she ever afraid of failure? Her answer is one that I can’t forget.

Thanks again for joining me, Krystyl! Find her blogs at oneletteroftruth.com and krystyl.net. Follow her on Twitter, @Krystyl.
